Petitioner is in custody connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 146 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 20 liters of liquor.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5066 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd, Banka, in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 146 of 2019.
