The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatty P.S. Case No. 148/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of Explosive Substance Act and UAP Act as well as CLA Act.

The petitioner is named in the FIR. The police recovered two can bomb from two places and on the basis of the information of the villagers the name of the petitioner and other accused persons have been mentioned in the FIR but there is absolutely no material to show that the petitioner put bomb. The petitioner was arrested in another case and he was remanded in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2014. He has already remained in jail for about one year.

No.39279 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 148/2014.
