The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013/ G.R. No. 2440/2013, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504. 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has open fire to kill the informant. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that except blacking on the face and redness in the eye there is no other injury on the body of the informant. He submits that no injury suggest the use of firearm or not and petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2018.
Considering the totality of the fact as discussed above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6802 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 let the petitioner named above is be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013/ G.R. No. 2440/2013, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be elected representative of the local body.
