The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bandhua Kuraba P.S.Case no.17 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, there is allegation of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.c., which is annexure 2 to this petition, discloses that she has come along with another accused and only stayed for some time in his house and thereafter other co-accused was residing with the victim to other places and no other overtact has been mentioned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6228 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 against the petitioner. He is in custody for three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Banka in connection with Bandhua Kuraba P.S.case no.17 of 2017. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
