04-05-2018 The court below seems to have proceeded in the criminal case under Section 82 & 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. By virtue of the order passed by the learned court below, the police authorities executed the warrant of attachment and the petitioner was also declared a proclaimed offender. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that the petitioner has now surrendered in connection with this case and he is on anticipatory bail. If it is so, he can move an appropriate application in the court below itself for the relief which he is seeking here. On his filing such application the court below shall deal with the same in accordance with law and shall pass appropriate order within a period of 15 days from the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.872 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 date of filing of such an application.
The criminal writ application stands disposed off.
