JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal, against the order dated 16.12.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Arms Case No. 12/2020-2021, bearing Appeal No. 52/2022.

In such view of the matter, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the same stands disposed of.

It is needless to state that the appeal, filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.3741 of 2020(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna, shall be taken up for hearing at an early date and disposed of preferably within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
