The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 285 litres of liquor from a tempo. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the said tempo and as such was not knowing which passenger had kept the liquor in the tempo.
