2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to direct the state respondent to hand over the land to the petitioner measuring area 4.13 acres situated in village Anua under Karpi Anchal in the district of Arwal in vacant position after removing all type of construction, which was distributed amongst

Patna High Court CWJC No.12225 of 2016(4) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 46 land less persons on the virtue of defective agreement dated 17/08/85 executed in between petitioner and government officials which if ab initio void;

(ii) also direct the respondent authority to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner with respect to above mention land which was acquired by the govt on the virtue of defective agreement.

(iii) also for any other relief/relieves for which petitioner is entitled in the eye of law.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.5, the Collector, Arwal for the redressal of the grievance within a period of four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. In that background, the writ petition as also Interlocutory Application is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned Collector, Arwal within four weeks who shall be issuing notice to all the concerned necessary
