2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(c)/21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from possession of this petitioner one mobile was recovered. It is also alleged that his associates were having contraband.
4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that those who were apprehended with contraband have already been granted bail. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 18.09.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Special (N.D.P.S. Act) Case No. 151 of 2024 arising out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Purnea. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) durgesh/- U T
