The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while accepting a bribe of Rs. 5,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2014.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months and chargesheet has already been submitted, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
