The petitioner seeks bail in Marhaura P.S. Case no. 93/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, widow of the deceased named the petitioner and others on mere suspicion. The deceased is the husband of the informant was requesting his father and brothers for partition of the property.

It is submitted that save and except the suspicion, the investigating officer did not collect any tangible material. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
