Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 379, 504, 506, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Other accused are said to have given fatal blow with farsa etc. to the deceased for land dispute. The allegation against the petitioner, who is a female, is that she caught the deceased at the time of assault. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 07.10.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. There is no material to suggest that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17812 of 2021(2) dt.10-08-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihra Police Station Case No. 127 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
