The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 364, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with family members kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has denied the prosecution case and stated that she has solemnized marriage with this petitioner and at present she is residing at her sasural. Moreover, victim is major. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
