2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 554 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15 stolen mobiles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2023.

4. Considering the huge recovery of stolen mobile phones, this application is dismissed.

5. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
