2. The present application has been filed:

for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing and commanding the respondents to make payment of compensation of the land acquired by the Road Construction Department, according to the valuation done

Patna High Court CWJC No.13668 of 2017(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 and notified by the respondents-D.M and Sub. Registrar, which has been illegally denied by paying compensation at a lower rate of valuation and further for any other writ or any direction to which the petitioners are found fit and entitled.

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to the lease agreement to show that the petitioner accepted the amount without objection and put in his signature and now is agitating the matter.

4. This Court has gone through the Annexure-4 and is in conformity with the submission of the learned State Counsel.

5. It is the stand of the petitioner that the agreement should have been on an enhanced rate for which he will be agitating before an appropriate authority.

6. If the petitioner wants to agitate, the Court has no objection but there is an agreement to show that he has signed the document without any objection.

7. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
