Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 dated 11.05.2017 and other cases including order dated 01.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17627 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.6 to consider the case of
Patna High Court CWJC No.854 of 2018 dt.19-01-2018 2/2 the petitioner in the light of the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 if the case of the petitioner is found similar on fact to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015, the benefit arising out of such decision must reach the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
