There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he repeatedly assaulted Fulo Mansuri with knife on chest and other party of the body. The doctor found two incised wounds. One penetrating wound and the other lacerated wound over occipital region. The wound found on the lower chest was considered to be grievous in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The same is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.
