Patna High Court CWJC No.12210 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 authority, we direct the petitioner to file certified copy of this order and the competent authority of respondent no.4 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders or take such steps under the law.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of.
