The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant. The informant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against all the accused persons including the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 20.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya P.S.
