JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 This petition has been filed for quashing of Case No. 28(C) of 2021 instituted under Section 5 and 8 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara.

2. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points, which have been taken in the present petition, before the learned Court below at appropriate stage.
