2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have tortured and killed the sister of the informant for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024. He further submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur/concerned Court below in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024.
