Mr.Arun Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(i) (ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 39 litres of liquor from the shop of the petitioner and he is accused in one more case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 6.1.2020 and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5622 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019, subject to the condition that after release he has to appear before police and co-operate in the investigation otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
