JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 238 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been registered against unknown.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of Pappu Sahni and Bhola Sahni. Except for the aforesaid confession, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence.

The petitioner has clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a
