The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they kidnapped the victim, but the victim was recovered and she made her statement that Suresh Paswan who was working in her house as a driver of the tractor took her with the help of Sunil Paswan the petitioner and Lakhindra Paswan. The victim made allegation that Suresh Paswan confined her in a room and committed rape with her, but the victim did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
