In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 as also in view of the order dated 25.7.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda, as contained in Annexure-C to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and no case is made out by the petitioner for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties herein.

In above view of the matter, the present M.J.C. application is dismissed.

However, if the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the aforesaid order, as contained in Annexure-C to the show cause,
