2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner before him bearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.2565 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 Appeal (Jamabandi Cancellation) Case No.

37 of 2023-24 and Land Encroachment Appeal No. 19/2023-24 filed against the order passed by the respondent no. 8 in L.E.

Case No. 3/2019-20 till the disposal of this writ application as both the appeals has been filed against the order initiated by Respondent no. 5 and 8 and or issuance of any other writ or writs under its facts and circumstances as the respondent no. 8 is adamant to remove the encroachment."

3. It is unfortunate that even for disposal of the appeals, the petitioner has to invoke the writ jurisdiction of Patna High Court.

4. With the consent of parties, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3, the Collector, Gaya to dispose of the aforesaid appeal, if still not been disposed of within a period of next six months. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
