2. After series of litigation up to the Apex Court, appointments have been made against the vacancy of 34540/- posts of Assistant Teachers. Out of the post of 34540/-, on account of nonjoining, approximately 2413 posts of Assistant Teachers have remained vacant. Thereafter the Commission has started process for preparing the final select list for filling up the vacant post of 2413, out of 34540. In fact the Commission has invited objections by publishing notice in the newspaper and the aggrieved persons have submitted their objections.

3. The Commission is expected to consider the objection objectively and take final decision in the matter of preparation of select list of the candidates.
4. In the event, the respondents do not consider the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final select list prepared by the Commission for filling of 2413 post of Assistant Teachers, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
