The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 registered under Sections 384, 389, 457, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the alleged occurrence of offence took place on 18.09.2019 and the first information report has been instituted on 24.09.2019 and there is no reasonable explanation for six days delay in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case
