Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2022 and there is 2 antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is order giver

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7299 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 and considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner should cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below and if the petitioner tries to delay the trial, the Court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
