[B] For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for directing the respondent authorities to execute the agreement dated 14.02.2017 entered into petitioner and Motihari Nagar Parishad, whereby, petitioner was given authority to erect and install Hoarding structure on 66

Patna High Court CWJC No.5849 of 2018 dt.30-01-2023 2/2 locations as well as to collect advertisement tax there from. And further petitioner was given authority to collect tax from the Hoarding already erected."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
