The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 348 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Idols of 4.5 crores were stolen. The petitioner has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused and on the statement of the petitioner two idols have been recovered. The petitioner does not deserve bail.
