2. The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner could approach the Government for the reliefs prayed for.

3. We are also of the opinion that the construction of a Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan itself cannot be precipitated by a judicial order much less the proposed construction being on a

4. We find absolutely no reason to interfere with the judgment passed.

5. The appeal stands dismissed.
