The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 264/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 21(1), 40(1-a) of DE Act and 40(1) of Bihar Mining Act and 33, 44, 42 of Forest Act.

The petitioner is driver of the truck and he is alleged to have carrying stone chips of the forest without taking permission. The petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40508 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri on Sone, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 264/2015.
