Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 for the offence under sections 342, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that the allegation against this petitioner and others is that they have given lathi blow to the informant but there is only one injury which is not on the line of the prosecution case. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has remained in custody since 25.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6541 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018.
