2. Although the petitioner wanted quashing of the order dated 31.10.2019 issued by the Collector, Begusarai by which it was held that neither the amount decided can be reevaluated nor interest can be paid. Now, it has been made limited to the fact that the amount that was decided has to be cleared to him.

3. Learned State Counsel submits that once the bona fide shown, the amount which has remained pending for decades will be cleared. In that background, the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority with its bona fide and in case, the same is received by the respondents, the amount deposited in the R.D.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4365 of 2020(6) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 account relating to the land in question has to be cleared maximum within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application.
