The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mainatand P.S. Case No.27 of 2019 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the police has already submitted final form as no incriminating material was found during course of investigation (Annexure 2).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Case No.27 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
