The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confession of Ramjee Choudhary and Chotu Chauhan. Save and except confession, there is no material against the petitioner. Ramjee Choudhary and Chotu Chauhan have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 27.09.2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
