Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From the Pick-up Van owned by the petitioner, huge quantity of liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering entire facts aforesaid including criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17837 of 2021(3) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 connection with Dagarua Police Station Case No.91 of 2020 giving rise to Special Excise Case No.236 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
