The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P.Act. It is a case of cruelty and harassment subjected to the victim at the hands of the petitioner and his family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in this juncture, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner wherein at para-3, it has been stated that the informant is residing with the petitioner after the compromise between the parties and all the disputes

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7675 of 2022(4) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 have been settled between them amicably. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
