The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The police apprehended the victim but could not get her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The victim has filed petition making allegation against her mother, but did not make any allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted that the victim is a major girl. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
