This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 143, 144, 145, 186, 188, 323, 333, 353, 307, 389, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act read with Section 4, 40(8)/8(d) of the Bihar Mines and Mineral Act.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 13.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32777 of 2018, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7506 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
