Petitioner is named in a case registered under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code but admittedly, the petitioner and the informant are co-villagers. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been roped in this case on account of dirty village politics and as a matter of fact, no person will go to commit dacoity in his own village without concealing his identity and moreover, co-accused, Binod Rai and Subhash Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
