Notwithstanding the appeal was allowed by the appellate authority the petitioner has to approach this Court against the reluctant attitude adopted by the South Bihar Power Holding Company. The order passed by the appellate authority dated 21.02.2014 has become final and the same has not been assailed by the South Bihar Power Holding Company.

In the aforesaid circumstance the court directs that the decision of the appellate authority in Appeal No.48/2013-14 dated 21.02.2014 should be implemented in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11808 of 2017(2) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 letter and spirit within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order.
