The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been caught on the spot by the police and stolen motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in innocent and is languishing in custody since 05.01.2018, nonetheless, the petitioner is ready to furnish cash security of a sum of Rs. 15,000/- for the purposes of grant of regular bail.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned

No.8882 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 15,000/- in the Nazarat of the concerned trial court. It is further directed that immediately after the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 15,000/-, the concerned trial court shall release the petitioner on regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 subject to such condition as may be imposed by the learned court of A.C.J.M., Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur).
