====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 27264 of 2021 by which the petitioner was directed to be released on bail. The petitioner is aggrieved with one of the conditions of the bail that petitioner is required to appear before the S.H.O, Patrakar Nagar in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 655 of 2020 at 10.00 A.M. daily and at 09.00 A.M. before the SHO Agamkuan from whose jurisdiction the petitioner was arrested.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13528 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 27264 of 2021 be modified to the extent that he may make his attendance before the S.H.O. Patrakar Nagar in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 655 of 2020. Considering the aforesaid submission, the 17.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 27264 of 2021 is modified to the extent that petitioner, above named, is directed to make his attendance before the S.H.O. Patrakar Nagar in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 655 of 2020 at 10.00 A.M fortnightly considering the fact that petitioner is resident of village-Raghopur east near middle school, P.S. Jurawanpur, District-Vaishali, subject to the condition that the petitioner is not involved in any other case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 27264 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. (Purnendu Singh, J) manish/- U T
