2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2018 dated 08.10.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner and the co-accused persons came on motorcycles, the co-accused, Mukesh Yadav fired which hit on the right palm of the informant and blood was oozing out and the other coaccused persons also fired which hit on the palm just below the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The specific allegation of firing is against the coaccused, Mukesh Yadav and Nachattra Yadav. The petitioner is not the driver of the said motorcycle. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has three criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2024. The co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15799 of 2022.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2018.
