JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 for the State has informed that F.I.R. has been lodged in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite lodging of the F.I.R. for more than five years the investigation has been kept pending.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Saran, Chapra (respondent no.4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the reason for delay in conclusion of the investigation and in case it is found that the I.O. is not taking interest in completion of investigation of the case, the I.O. should be changed immediately and
