2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amended 2018).

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is ASI who has been trapped while accepting bribe. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
