The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case no. 138/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others committed forgery with regard to contents of sale deed. The sale-deed of 4 acres and 72.5 decimal of the land was executed in place of 1 1⁄2 Katha. The petitioner is a deed writer. Similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.
