JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Phulo Devi, petitioner no.1, seeks anticipatory bail in the present application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of Dagarua P.S. Case No.23 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is specific allegation in the ferdbeyan that it is the petitioner, who induced Ramya Kumari aged 15 years to leave the house for doing labour, but the girl Ramya Kumari did not return back in the evening.
